This has something to do with the break wire or parking break wire, make sure that the brake wire from the unit is connected to your car’s handbrake or foot brake system. Have an installer to do this for you.
If the brake wire from the unit is connected to your car’s hand brake or foot brake system, whenever your car is in park and the hand brake or foot brake is engaged then you can watch videos on your in-dash, if your car’s hand brake or foot brake is disengaged then you will not be able to watch any video. Hence, “Stop Watch DVD Warning” is shown on the screen.
