Touchscreen Not Calibrated

Troubleshooting

If you would like to re-calibrate the touch screen, please follow the steps below, (it would only take 1-3 minutes). If the touch screen is malfunctioning (i.e. not sensitive enough or is not responding when you press) please follow the steps. If you would like any assistance please don’t hesitate to call us at: 1-800-240-7624 Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm PST

Steps:

1. Power off the unit (hold power button for seconds).

2. Press the Mute button (while the unit is off).

3. You should now see in the middle of the screen 1×1: Press and Hold the 1×1 (5-10 seconds) until you see 1×1 on all 4 corners of the screen.

4. Press on each 1×1 on the screen (all 4 corners + center).

5. Press OK.

6. Quick Press Power (unit will turn off).

7. Let it sit for 5 seconds.

8. Power ON and test your buttons.

(Screen calibration setting changes for different units. Please refer to your USER Manual for best results.)
